The orders will be sent only on weekdays, of Monday through Friday. On Saturdays, Sundays and festives (in Spain) will not be sent any orders.
- REGULAR WAY:
The regular shipping within Spain (including the Balearic Islands) and Portugal is by sending by Correos in the form of certified package with a maximum delivery time of 72 hours. Time may be expanded in more remote access points.
- EXPRESS WAY:
Orders sent to Spain (Balearic Islands included) or Portugal travel with the transport agency Nacex or MRW, Express way, with a delivery time of only 48 hours. All of these orders will be delivered before 19.00 hours of the next day, and the customer will get an e-mail or SMS the moment the order is shipped. Only in remote and far places, shipments may get delayed an extra day, but the will be delivered before 14.00 hours.
If the order ships to Ceuta, Melilla or Canary Islands, the delivery time may get stretched and the delivery will be within 72 hours. The orders may get inspected by customs and the import tax may be added.
- EXPRESS WAY:
The express delivery for Zone 1 is by transport agency MRW International. The countries that compose our zone 1 are: Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Holland, Luxemburg, Italy and United Kingdom. Approximate order delivery time is 3 to 5 days for Zone 1.
Shippings costs to Spain and Portugal to Postal way are 5,95€ and when your order above 50€ will be FREE.
Shippings costs to Spain and Portugal to Express way by Nacex or MRW are 7,50€ and when your order above 60€ will be FREE.
Zone 1 is composed of Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Holland, Luxemburg, Italy and United Kingdom. Shippings costs to Zone 1 to Express way by MRW International are 22€ and when your order above 190€ will be FREE.
There is the possibility for orders outside Europe to be inspected by the country customs and an import tax may be charged to the receiver. In The Time Lovers we cannot control this issue and it will be impossible to manage all the everchanging import taxes of every country in the world.
If the item acquired in our shop arrives and it doesn’t fullfil the specifications demanded in your purchase, it can be returned. Before returning, the customer should send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org no more than 3 days after the order delivery and our team will indicate the steps required to return the order.
The returning term starts the same day of the order reception. To proceed to the returning of the product, you should send the item with the returning number you will be given. There will only be admitted product returnings fulfilling all these conditions:
- They must be brand new and unused, inside the original package.
- With the guarantee and user’s manual
- With the invoice and/or ticket of sale.
For returnings caused by reasons unrelated to the company, the shipping costs will be discounted from the amount returned.
If you are asking for refund, the item should be remitted no more than 3 days after order delivery, and costs will be assumed by the customer, according to law 15/1/93 number 7/1996. Refunds will be executed in the same payment way used for the first payment.

If you are asking for sustitution of faulty object, we compromise to pick up the faulty product and deliver a new one in perfect condition.
